This position is designed to train, coach, and develop our employees with the intent of advancement and better opportunities. You will work your way through different roles to gain a complete understanding of how our company operates and grows.

POSITION DETAILS FOR 2021 SEASON:

Winter/Spring -- Marketing Representative

• Responsible for generating leads by offering free, no-obligation lawn care quotes to homeowners

• Door to door community outreach, No selling is required!

• Monday-Friday, 9:30am - 6:00pm

• $17 - 20 per hour after training, $15 per hour for training

Summer/Fall/Winter -- Sales / Customer Service Representative

• Make outbound sales calls to current customers

• Handle inbound sales calls from new prospects and field questions from current customers

• Monday-Friday, 9:30am - 6:00pm

• $17 - 19 per hour average, $20+ / hr top performers, $15 / hr for training

**We will be filling Lawn Care Technician positions starting early spring 2022 with individuals from our Marketing/Sales teams**
